On-Site Food Pantry
Barnett Chapel UMC has started an on-site food pantry to increase community access to healthy food options.
Through a Second National Grant of $100,000 (Aetna Foundation), Barnett Chapel has been able to create an additional way to give back to our community!
COVID-19 Relief Funding
Barnett Chapel UMC strives to assist our community in times of need— the year 2020 has been no exception!
During 2020, we dispensed in excess of $20,000.000 to support those in our community who were adversely affected by COVID-19. This was made possible through a Methodist Health Care Ministries grant.
Barnett Chapel has partnered with Hope4Health, the City of Kernville, Peterson Regional Methodist Center and others across the community to spread the love of Christ and enhance the quality of life for our community!
